Once students are approved to study off-campus, they need to apply to and work with their host organizations and institutions to complete the application and pre-departure process. Our partners are considered some of the top education abroad providers, and have significant experience in risk management, health and safety. Questions about host organizations policies and resources can be directed to the organizations themselves. Information about our partners can be found on the off-campus study application platform. : The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program is a free US government service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their travel with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate so that information and assistance can be provided in the event of an emergency.

For a few programs, the amount of tuition paid is that set by the program, billed via 富二代视频app. For these programs 富二代视频app financial aid and tuition remission is not applicable. Semester Off-Campus Programs Policy:听To withdraw from any off-campus programs, students must notify the Hubbard Center听and withdraw your application in writing.听Students are also required to notify the program to which they applied. Students will be responsible for any non-refundable fees assessed by the host program.
富二代视频app strongly encourages participants in off-campus programs to purchase "Cancellation For Any Reason" travel insurance. This insurance is designed to protect your investment, though it may not cover 100% of lost costs in the event you are unable to participate in the program. While 富二代视频app does not recommend a specific insurance agency, many insurance companies and travel agents offer travel cancellation insurance services for purchase. The International Travel and Accident Insurance coverage for all 富二代视频app international travelers only covers travel cancellation for airfare if you are unable to travel due to illness, or medical care received while abroad. It does not cover program related costs such as accommodations, meals, entrance fees, on site travel, etc.
