Academic Handbook
The Academic Handbook governs the faculty, and serves as the foundation for shared governance between the faculty, the Administration and Board of Trustees. When questions arise concerning the interpretation of the procedures and policies in this Handbook, the decision is made by the Vice President for Academic Affairs in consultation with faculty committees, the President and the Board of Trustees as appropriate. These policies and procedures are not contractual. Therefore, the University, including its trustees, the faculty, and the administration reserve the right to change those sections for which each respectively has responsibility as identified in the handbook itself. Further, the University, including the trustees, reserves the right to add to or delete from this handbook from time to time as they decide is appropriate.
